Stand With Crypto is a cryptocurrency advocacy organization that evaluates the cryptocurrency stance of American politicians. The organization previously gave He Jinli a B rating based on a statement she made in a recent speech to donors. At that time, He Jinli stated that she would "invest in the future of the United States" and encourage "innovative technologies such as AI and digital assets, while protecting our consumers and investors".

However, in addition, her campaign lacks cryptocurrency policies. According to a recent report by CoinDesk citing insiders, it is unlikely that He Jinli will develop a complete policy framework for cryptocurrency before the election.

In contrast, the Republican campaign has specific cryptocurrency policies, with the party declaring in its manifesto to end the Democratic Party's illegal and non American style cryptocurrency crackdown, and opposing the creation of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
